“Thank Heaven for Class of '11” Tentative Timeline

ONLY GRADUATING SENIORS OF THE HHS CLASS OF 2011 WILL BE ADMITTED. PICTURE ID’S WILL BE NECESSARY.

2:00 PM – Graduation, George Mason Patriot Center

5:00 PM – Set-up for begins

10:30 PM – Doors open! Students must check in by 12:00 AM*

10:30 – 2:45 AM – Activities, games, casino, food & drinks are open

2:45 – 3:00 AM – Students gather in gym

3:00 – 4:00 AM – Special Guest Entertainment

4:00 – 5:00 AM – Grand Prize Drawings

*Students must check in by midnight. We will look for you if you do not. Students who have purchased a ticket but do not check in by midnight will have their parents notified, as will students who leave “Hang 10” before 3:00 AM.

Prizes and Drawings

All students attending will receive a door prize and a supply of “Heavenly” cash. The “Heavenly” cash can be used in the casino (where they could win more or lose it all) or to purchase prizes. Extra “Heavenly” cash earned in the casino can also be used to purchase prizes.

All students in attendance will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing, which will be held between 4:00 and 5:00 AM. There will be many prizes available. In the past, grand prizes have included laptops, iPods, luggage, gift cards and more. Students must be present during the drawing to win!

Coat & Prize Check Room

Students will be asked to leave their personal belongings in our secure Coat & Prize Check Room, where they will have access to them at all times. This is also where they will need to check-out and pick up their door prize at the end of the event. Students are responsible for checking-out and collecting their belongings when they leave. Items not claimed by June 23 will be donated.
